Most people suffer some type of neck discomfort at least once in their lifetimes. It’s so common that it’s estimated that one in ten people suffer from it at any given time. Fortunately for most people, it is intermittent and mild. In many of these cases, neck pain treatment can take place at home.

How can you look with a bad posture or what can it do to you? Well, it makes you look weak, not to mention 10 pound heavier. It can’t help you land a spot in the varsity team. It can get you kicked out of police academy or army training, and if you are an employee wanting to make it to the top, it can sabotage your chance of a job promotion. And if you suffer from constant back pain, you can blame your slumped or hunched shoulders.

Pills might not help: You must know that back pain is a cause that cannot be cured with the help of pills. You will be able to get thousands of pain killers that are available in the market. Trans Fats. These are often mentioned on food package labels and folks get confused as to what they really are. Well they are certainly not good. Scientists invented this fat by processing it (by hydrogenating liquid oils), as it lasts longer in junk foods, fat for frying chips etc.

Bad Fats – Saturated fats – these fats raise total blood cholesterol along with Bad cholesterol (remember, the bad guys are LDL’s). This fat is generally associated with meat, dairy, eggs and some seafood. Also full of unhealthy fats is coconut oil, palm oil and palm kernel oil.

I believe I was very fortunate with the rehabilitation I had and the great massage southern suburbs who looked after me.
