The cost certified pharmacy tech of the training itself is the biggest con of the training. Training can cost you anywhere from $450 to $3,000 depending on the program. This cost can be prohibitive to some; however, many programs do offer financial payment plans and even financial assistance in some cases.

But it is possible to earn more income with time. This increase of income is however dependent on several factors.
You can also expect that you will have to spend a number of hours going through this training. The length of the training can vary with the program but you should reasonably expect to spend 3 months to a year doing this training part time.
