Pat Summerall, who passed away Tuesday at the age of 82, was one of the legendary voices of sports broadcasting. He was one of the first former professional athletes to move into the broadcast booth and rise to the top of the profession. Summerall worked for CBS Sports from 1962-94. In that time he called 13 Super Bowls, 26 Masters and 21 U.S. Open Tennis Championships for the network.
