He was a dentist who had previously invented a revolutionary technology that is used in all of the advanced Quadrant engineering components. Roth was the primary driver behind a variety of inventions, including the discovery of a simple way to increase the length of nylon material; the development of nylon powder composition and manufacturing process and the creation of the nylon sandwich. Nylon Stock Shapes – Roth created the first nylon stock shape and, with the help of nitrogen-filled injection molding technology the designer discovered that the nylon stock shapes were virtually unbreakable. Roth originally designed these stock shapes to help save space. The shapes of many of our most popular products, such as bumpers and knobs, as well as slides, are in stock shapes that last and virtually indestructible. Nylon stock shapes can be created in large quantities using regular CNC machines. They are also very easy to work with. These stock shapes and many other innovative nylon plastic parts are what make our equipment sturdy, reliable, and long-lasting.

PVC (Polyvinyl chloride) and STP (styrene) Composites invented by Roth the two groundbreaking engineering plastics have paved the way for numerous other polymer composites.
