Many people think of a cold brew on hot summer days. Cold beers bring to mind good times and good friends. Fruit brings similar feelings to mind along with feelings about health and wellness. Beer and fruit are both refreshing foods enjoyed in the summertime. Many people don’t think about combining beer and fruit. They don’t know that combining beer and fruit can be as good a compliment to your meal as wine is to many meals. There are many light beers that go well with fruit and that can be complimented by fruit. Many summer foods cooked on the grill would go much better with an icy beer with fruit rather than a heavy glass of wine.
When you’re dressing your taco, you might be adding hundreds of unneeded calories to the meal. My best advice is to stay away from cheese. And, if you can’t stay away from the cheese, at least choose a low fat shredded cheese made with skim milk and use only a pinch of it sprinkled over your meat. This way the flavor is spread out, and you’re using about an ounce of cheese compared to two or three ounces. Sour cream is in the same boat: using low fat sour cream will significantly lower the number of calories sitting on top of your shell.
You just need to plan ahead and then do things that will make your life easier. For instance rather then make gravy from scratch, or even from packets, cans of cream of chicken soup work fabulous as gravy and if cooked over chicken help keep the chicken moist.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the pineapple, rice, onion, teriyaki sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and seasoning salt. Add the taco recipes, mixing it with the other ingredients. Shape into six patties, about 3/4 thick.

My original plan for dinner was to make a simple batch of ground beef tacos mexicanos, served authentic Mexican style. As I was browning the beef I was trying to think of some ways to jazz them up a bit. This is what I came up with.
